Our journey began with Carl Thomas, an enterprising individual who, after owning and managing apartment buildings in Broward County, Florida, made a bold move to Atlanta, Georgia. This transition sparked the inception of our owner-operated construction company, focusing primarily on home improvements.

In the early days, Carl worked tirelessly in the remodeling sector, collaborating with several friends and his two sons. Their collective effort, passion, and commitment laid the foundation for a growing and successful business that would eventually evolve into a leader in the home renovations industry.

By 1985, USA Homeworks had transformed from a humble home-based company to an impressive 10,000 square-foot exterior showroom and offices in Duluth, Georgia. This expansion marked a significant turning point, as his son Steve Thomas took over the operations and management. We began to heavily focus on outdoor renovations, catering to the diverse needs of our clients in the southeastern United States. Over the years, we have proudly provided our services at more than 15,000 home sites, each project reflecting our unwavering commitment to quality.

Additionally, we are proud to have constructed numerous bridges that are DOT certified throughout the Atlanta area, and dozens of benevolent projects, such as the construction of largest playground in the south eastern United States, working with Habitat for Humanity, further showcasing our expertise and commitment to community, safety, and excellence.
