Two-Story Colonial House Plan with Formal Dining and Living Room - 3139 Sq Ft

This two-story colonial home blends classic architecture with modern comforts. The exterior pairs brick and lap siding with wooden shutters and a wrap-around covered deck. Inside, the main level includes formal living and dining rooms, a spacious great room open to a large kitchen and dinette, a butler’s kitchen, and a walk-in pantry. A wine room off the dinette adds a touch of luxury. 

Plan Details

Upstairs, four bedrooms each have their own bathroom, including a master suite with a walk-in closet and private bath. A central loft provides additional gathering space, combining tradition and contemporary living. We curate and add to our design portfolio every day as we work with hundreds of residential building designers and architects to bring you the most diverse and best house plans available. We can modify any house plan you see on our site. 

What's Included

  • Cover Sheet: Shows the front elevation and typical notes and requirements.
  • Exterior Elevations: Shows the front, rear and sides of the home including exterior materials, details and measurement
  • Floor Plans: Shows the placement of walls and the dimensions for rooms, doors, windows, stairways, etc. for each floor
  • Electrical Plans: Shows the location of outlets, fixtures and switches. They are shown as a separate sheet to make the floor plans more legible.
  • Foundation Plans: will include a basement, crawlspace or slab depending on what is available for that home plan. (Please refer to the home plan’s details sheet to see what foundation options are available for a specific home plan.) The foundation plan details the layout and construction of the foundation.
  • Roof Plan

  • Site Plan – handled locally when required

  • Plumbing Drawings (drawings showing the actual plumbing pipe sizes and locations) – your subcontractors handle this
  • Energy calculations – handled locally when required
